Alutiiq is a technically and geographically diverse firm with network design, installation and maintenance experience across the country. Building an IT network that allows excellent access to authorized personnel but keeps intruders out is our forte. Our application and operating system software experience is constantly updated and we have personnel available to meet client needs on a global basis. We provide extensive training to our client’s staff to ensure they are fully competent to utilize the software and peripherals assigned to them.

Alutiiq is presently under contract to the SPAWAR Systems Center in Charleston, South Carolina to support Joint Forces Intelligence Command (JFIC). In performance of this contract we manage and perform corrective maintenance of databases supporting intelligence operations and exercises including MS Access, ATOS, GCCS-13, MIDB, and Remedy on Sybase using Sybase Replication. We provide network engineering to design and install physical media including fiber optic cable. We configure switches, routers and firewalls and optimize connectivity links supporting database content access, replication, and email and file transfer. We provide technical support personnel in the form of a help desk to respond to questions and problems related to client workstations. We also test and integrate new software, provide security audits and information assurance support. Alutiiq provides all software and hardware configurations and licenses throughout the command. We also provide test bed systems to verify compatibility of new software and hardware with existing systems.
